ABDELHAMID LAGHOUATI, Poète et artiste peintre, né à Berrouaghia en 1943, fils de Laghouati Mohamed, juge d’instruction à Blida.
Dans cette ville (Blida) il a connu des artistes comme; Deniz Martinez, Sénac, Baya, etc.
Membre du mouvement artistique " AOUCHEM ", il publia des recueils de poésie, notamment " L’OUED NOIR ", etc.
